About Us

JESA Development is located in Notodden, a town in the southeastern Telemark, Norway. We are approximately 2 hours drive southwest of Oslo.  We can be found in Tinnesmoen, adjacent to the well known and popular area where Tinfos and Telemarks Gallery are located. 

Our photography takes us to numerous locations in and around Telemark.  Painting and design is available to clients throughout most of the world via our availability via fast line Internet.

We use Nikon camera equipment, specifically Nikon D3 and D200.  Our lighting kit is portable and includes soft boxes, reflectors and Nikon SB-800 and SB-900 units (Creative Lighting System).  Our Nikkor AF-S lens include a 28-70mm f2.8 normal zoom, a 50mm f1.4 standard, a 70-200mm f2.8 VR telephoto and a 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 VRII telephoto.  Our Nikkor DX lens include a Nikkor 12-24mm f4 ultra wide angle 18-70mm.   We continue to use an assortment of Nikkor MF Primes: 20mm f2.8, 28mm f3.5, 50mm f1.4, 55mm f2.8 Micro, 85mm f2, 105mm f2.5 and 180 f2.8 ED.

Our RAW images are post-processed using Nikon Capture NX2 and Adobe Photoshop CS3.  Digital painting is done with Corel Painter XI.  Prints on paper and canvas are processed by professional laboratories for highest quality and longevity.  Images printed on canvas are stretched and mounted on a blind frame.
